Do you think 2ne1 would have survived had YG just kept going after Bom's scandal?

I have always genuinely thought they could have walked it off. While the scandal was definitely a first -first female idol in a major drug scandal- and therefore the outrage was imense, 2ne1 was at a peak and was on tour. Had Bom reflected for like a year (including tour time) and then returned, I think they could have gone on and recovered their losses. The tour imo served as a buffer to keep them afloat instead of dissappearing. Bigbang had multiple scandals and YG still wanted to promote them even after the Burning Sun. YG also ignored any scandals with BP etc. I think people would have eventually understood that Bom did not intend to do drugs. It would take some courage, a lot of apologies and some badassery, but I am 100% sure 2ne1 had that. They would need really aggresive (killer) campaigns/comebacks. It's funny how such a 'hiatus' (quotes because it was really disbandment) for an entire group is a relic of the past now. Normally, the bad member gets kicked out or disappears for while now compared to the past where the entire group would get canceled. It somehow feels like 2ne1 were the last major group to get this, but did they really deserve this? I mean SNSD survived the black ocean and T-ara pulled through despite their horrific bullying scandal. Despite the hate, they were able to perform well during the scandals and then turn it around later on. It wasn't perfect but it worked out for them. I lament about this a lot seeing that 2ne1 mostly still uses old content and material to promote. I like to think about what could have been in the middle. YG should have protected Bom and the other members instead of throwing them under the bus. Other companies like SM etc do a better job of standing by their idols imo.

CBC return to normal?

How long after you reached complete remission did your cbc (wbc, rbc, hgb and plt) return to normal? I'm 3 months post complete remission. Only induction and 2 rounds of consolidation. No BMT or SCT yet, may do that if relapse. My counts actually went down a little for my last cbc. Never been in normal range though. Hematologist said it could be up to a year. She said if they don't go up a little in a month she will order a BMB.

Only getting speaker audio when headset connected

Problem just started today everything was working fine last night. This morning I turned on my xbox and I was getting no sound from the speakers. Checked with a different tv input everything sounded normal so it's not the TV. Tried restarting xbox and no luck. Finally tried plugging my headphones into the controller to see if xbox was outputting anything and as soon as I plugged them in I started getting speaker audio in addition to through the headphones. Unplugged headphones and lost audio from the speakers. Tried it a couple times and same result each time. Anyone got any ideas that could help me fix this?

Sending her home, no hospice no palliative care.

My mom has been hospitalized for essentially 23 days straight now. They’ve sent her home 3 times and every time she has had to go straight back in because she turns blue, starts becoming more and more delirious from a lack of oxygen and a build up co2. They’re sending her home again today, ahead of a nasty snow storm we’re going to get. She’s been combative with the doctors and with me when we attempt to give her the care they need. So, they are sending her home to die. I just… Feel it intuitively that this will be her last hospital visit and her last homecoming. After seeing how horrific her condition gets when she’s been home, I truly cannot see how she won’t be dead within the next 24 hours. I don’t feel confident that I will be able to keep her comfortable through this. Just like every other time she will start to turn blue, become delirious and beg and cry for help but also scream “no!”! at me when I try and offer help. I have to do this alone. Her husband is on the road for work (truck driver), family is out of state. It’s just me. I cannot fathom that I will just have to watch her die, horrifically. She’s in denial, doesn’t think she’s going to die despite the terminal diagnosis of COPD. So, no nurses to help guide me through this or anything. no hospice, no palliative care. nothing. Just me. I am so lost and heartbroken. I don’t know what to do, what to think, what to say. I just know that this is it. She won’t survive another ambulance ride, we almost lost her these last two times.

Wisconsin refusing to issue me a refund?

I don't understand what I did wrong, I called the Wisconsin Department of Revenue multiple times and spoke with different people and they all claimed I don't owe anything, and I'm not being audited yet they're refusing to issue my refund! The whole "returns are processed in the order their received" is a complete lie. I filed 1/17, Wi accepted 1/21 and it's been processing since. It's been over three weeks. Simple, single, no dependants one W2. Everyone else who filed after me already got their Wisconsin refunds so why am I being refused a refund?

Anyone healed without finding fresh love?

Anyone notice how most posts proclaiming it gets better are from people who entered into another relationship or found love again? As soon as I read posts that begin with the same uplifting introduction only to mention their new partner several paragraphs later, I sigh and close the post. I realise that comes across as bitter, and I admit there is an element of that. Of course it gets better, though, when you can fill one void with another. And I applaud those whose perseverance were ultimately rewarded, specially if they met someone even better. However, some of us don’t have the same luxury of falling in love again. Some of us knew that person was our person. Some of us aren’t in a position to attract another person, for one reason or another. Some of us just want to know that it gets better as a singleton. I’d rather see more inspiring posts of those who pulled themselves out of the pits of despair and successfully healed, without the need for another relationship. Because I, for one, desperately need that inspiration.
